Make/model phone: Nokia 6030
IMEI #: 011052004185250
Country the phone is locked in: Australia
Provider the phone is locked to: Optus

My sister originally bought the phone in the US while she was staying there, I don't know what her original provider was. The phone also says T-Mobile (if that means anything...?)

Any help?

It means the phone will have to be unlocked directly with hardware, or call T-Mobile for the code.
