PSP Cant play game + no configuration !!! help please...

I have the 3.40 OE-A
When i try to run Monster Hunter 2
I would go into the PSP Logo screen
then it would turn black and skip back out to the menu commenting

The game could not be started
(80020148)

how do i fix this??

Also, when i go to the menu with "R" button and power
i tried to go into the configuration
but...i would see a blank screen with no text
sooner or later, it turns my power off
how do i fix this??

first off, about the game situation,
is it only that game youv got a problem with?
which folder are you putting it in?
and have you got a umd in?

second, bout the recovery menu,
you can only access it from a full reboot.
if you already know that and thats what your teying then id say downgrade back to 1.5 then reinstall your custom firmware.

Your flash1 is corrupted. Get a flash1 formatter or just go to toggle flash1 from advaced. Then delete everything in flash1. exit. You will get a blue screen of death and be prompted to resotre system files. Say yes. Your flash1 will be restored.

Ya, it is the only game i am having problem since
i only have 2 games -_-"
2nd, for the reboot, i did it with full reboot.

my friend sent me the download link
and as far as i know, they can all play it
also, the weird part is, i was able to play in the morning
but at night
it didnt work all of a sudden
so strange...
