I live in israel,here we have 2 types of chips:

Wiikey

wiifree

I want to play games from PAL region and NTSC to.

The wiikey can play games from this to regions? and Gamecube games to?

If i well buy the Wii in USA,which Modchip is the best ? (support PAL,NTSC,NTSC-J and Gamecube games) and where can i buy him? I prefer to buy the console with the chip inside.

and I think that i need to buy Wii from europe (PAL) and install the Wiikey,and then i can downloads NTSC games and play them on my wii
If I will get an NTSC wii i cannot play PAL games on him

so...i need to buy PAL with Wiikey?
