is there a memeory size limit on tha fw 1.5?
i saw bestbuy was sellin' a 2gig for $39.99
will there be an issue wit the older fw readin' / writin' to it?

It should be fine. I've heard that it's only the 4gb that arent compatible at that firmware but i've also heard that people have the 4gb working on 1.50. But yeah the 2gb should be fine.
