CFW problem comes out of nowhere

So i have 3.40 OE-A, i have a backup of my flash0, i installed a custom theme, used my psp for normal games and such. After a week or so of not playing my psp, i boot it up, try to play Quake 2 me being far into the game, and i get the message. "This system must first be activated to run the program." I concluded that this must be an error message for non OE users that official 3.xx firmware. So i go to system information and it says this.

System Software: Version

it doesn't say 3.40 OE-A like it is supposed.

so i restored my flash, and it doesn't fix the problem. What do i do?

you should probably get the 1.5 recovery winstaller-run that,and then reflash your firmware to 3.40OE.
