After Using TMPGEnc, video.m3v + audio.wav separate?!

I had just bought my Memorex Dual-X dvd drive recently. So why can't i gave it a try!.
I fortunately found "DVD to VCD with SmartRipping, DVD2AVI and TMPGEnc"
So, after i use Smart Ripping to rip my dvd. i got an .vob and other stuff. Then i use dvd2avi , then it came saparate as one .wav and one .avi. It seems everything was fine until i reach the last step. I had spend 2 hours to encoder with TMPGEnc and everything goes fine. But the output was a fine with .m2v and one with .wav!
How can i burn it to a cd( of course the two files' volume doesn't goes up to 780mb.)!
How would it play if they were separate! The one with .m2v doesn't have sound and the one with .wav doesn't have image????
Any idea?
Is this normal?
