Hey all, i'm having a problem trying to play a game. It's NTSC and im using swap magic 3.6, so I load the game up with sm 1.6 and everything works fine, I can see the intro and everything but when I click on new game or go to options I immediately get a black screen.

I tried running it in both NTSC and normal but the same thing still happens. What can cause this? Other games work fine still..

The game is dawn of mana if that matters

Not familiar with this particular game but have you tried rebuilding it?

Weird. The game works fine with my Verbatim DVD-R and Crystal Modchip/Swap Magic 3.8.

Maybe it's one of those games that need CDLoader/ZoneLoader to work with Swap Magic 3.8. What media are you using?

sorry forgot to add, im not using any modchip or anything just swap magic. No Cd or zone loader either, maybe that's it?

CDLoader and ZoneLoader are programs that you need to use sometime with old versions of swap magic like the swap magic 3.6. They can help you load games that are swap magic 3.6 proof.

By the way, what media are you using?
