in DVD Shrink i received an error message saying:

DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue

Invlaid DVD navigation structure

any suggestions????

Sounds like you're using Shrink alone and it's not handling the copy protection on the DVD you're trying to copy. If that's the case, use DVDFab HD Decrypter (free) or RipIt4Me. You can get the free DVDFab at DVDIdle or the RipIt4Me at Softpedia. Personally, for freeware, I prefer the RipIt4Me. You have to have both Shrink and DVD Decrypter (last versions) installed before installing it though. If you don't mind paying for software, AnyDVD works well with Shrink. Slysoft has a trial, so you can try it out before buying.
