Software for rebuilding ISO files on Mac?

Is there a program available for Mac that can be used in the rebuilding of PS2 ISOs? The game in question is Guitar Hero 2 running on swap magic 3.8. It has a high TOC (4.33 GB), but I can manage to get it running with Star Wars Battlefront (4.37 GB). But, the game has long load times and stutters.

I'm a newbie in need of help.
