i downloaded fast and furious iso. when i extracted it has a folder named (psp game) and underneath it says UMD data.bin.

which do i copy into psp?

neither-thats the iso itself...if you are using WinRAR to open those archives, you need to un-associate .iso from WinRAR-do this by going into options and then settings,hit the file integration tab-uncheck ISO from the list...
when you d/l games they are usually packed in a .rar file, so just go into the folder and extract the iso to your computer and then transfer to PSP.

start umdgen drag and drop the psp game folder and the umd data .bin file to where it says "no items to show" then save

that too is another option should you find that the games are not already in ISO format..use UMDgen to create the iso..
