HOW DO I USE IT?
ive tried ps1 iso and ps2 iso?
so how do i put the games on my psp????/

HE is talking about the one in 3.50 official firmware.

to use it you need the iso to be set up a certain way, the way to get them from sony is to put the psp in the ps3 and download from the market place a ps1 game to the mem card the play it in the psp
