I'm using a Nebula Digi TV Capture Card which produces Mpeg2 files. I've been trying to burn to DVD so I can watch them on my stand alone DVD player. I'm using Nero Vision Express 2 but the end result is that it is out of sync when I play the file.....any suggestions please ?
