problem: generated errors and hav to restart program.

no matter what i download.. either i have install e program or haven, if i have installed and i open e file, a box will pop up saying e.g "iTudou.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. you will have to restart the program."
i click OK n restart e program again and e same box appeared again.
what is this problem and what should i do so that i can use the program?

another problem: when i download file, installed and open it, a box pop up and say "unable to locate DLL". what is this problem again? what should i do?

info: im using window 2000
