i made and iso folder in my 4 gig psp at the root and my settings r disabled and my psp cant read my downloaded cso games how to fix dis help plz

What settings have you disabled?

Do you have an umd in the drive?

I'm sorry to interrupt this thread but can you explain to me what settings i would have to turn off/on with a brand new psp with 3.40-OEA to run isos/csos?
I've read that few games including gta does not work with this firmware unless you alter settings and have a umd disc which i don't know what for?

If the games freeze or it semi bricks how do you enter recovery mode and what do you have to do to get everything running again?

NO-UMD disabled,

Advanced, advanced settings, all 3 options disable.

Kernal 3.40,

Insert a game umd.

If everything was done right, you should not be freezing. And you will NEVER brick/semi-brick when running game, it's just not physically possilbe.

Thanks for the info!

Is the kernal 3.40 just a setting in the psp menu?
I'm sorry to ask but i don't have a psp yet i just want to understand everything beforehand.

Good to know you can never brick during games! I'm seeing that word everywhere though and it's making me scared to do anything when i get the psp so i'm always checking.

I found on you tube how to get into the recovery menu on custom firmware. Are the other 3 advanced options in the psp menu or in the recovery menu?
I should be good to go after knowing that so thanks a lot for the help!

I'm sorry i read your post again and the other options are in the recovery menu but are they in an advanced folder and are the only 3 options there?
