When downgrading it tells you to copy all of the content to the root of your memory right? but then there is a psp folder inside the downgrader and it can override the original folder?

These 2 steps i dont really under stand.... dont flame becuase i am being cautious and i want to make sure..

Copy all contents inside MS_ROOT to the root of your memory stick.
Go to the PHOTO viewer of the XMB and enter in the folder "HEN_280".

please clear this up for me, im trying to downgrade it right now but i
dont wanna mess up.
