Xbox Backup Creator and Schtrom Xtractor error???

I just installed my Samsung 162c DVD drive with Kreon.81 firmware flashed, and I can't see to extract any games. I have the drive in a external enclosure hooked up through USB 2.0.

Here is the error I am getting with Xbox Creator:

"Unable to determine current visible partition"

Here is the error I am getting with Schtrom:

"MyGetAltPhysicalInformation failed!"

What am I doing wrong? Is there any other application or firmware that I need to have on my computer to get my games copied? Any insight or help will be greatly appreciated.

try xbc 2.4.
