I downloaded a videogame offa the net, "Streets Of Rage 2" from this link: http://www.games4win.com/games/streets-of-rage-2/
So I've got a videogame, so how do I burn it to a CD or DVD to make it "playable" for my PS2? Please explain in plain english so I can understand and provide something step-by-step because I'm a novice when dealing with these things!

From the link you posted, "Streets Of Rage 2" is a game for Windows. So you can't burn it to play on the PS2. Just run the .exe and install it to play on your computer.
