i cant play new iso

when i try to play new iso like WTF or GTAVCS i get this "the could not be started(80010002)" i have no umd enable and am running 3.30 oe a

Make sure theres a UMD in the drive, and also make sure the iso is in the ISO folder in the root of the psp.
