Is there anyone who can give me step by step directions to help me back up my SOCOM COMBINED ASSUALT? I really don't know what this 8b. thing is, but everyone is saying i need it! ASAP PLEASE THX!!!!!!

8b. Is a version of HDLoader. I think SOCOM is one of those games that need to be patched in order to work on HDD though.

Well, i checked sksapps.com and apperently SOCOM II is the only SOCOM game (or so it looks) that needs patching. Try installing SOCOM on the HDD and tell me how it works.

Nope didn't work. But i have something called hdl_dumb-0.8.6 and i was wondering if you can hook ur ps2 and computer up to the same router and add and delete files like that thx
