Halo Cache Editor

I did a search for "Halo Cache Editor" and there was only one post that was locked.

I am having trouble with my copy of HCEv045a. I have all my games in F:/HDDloader/pxgame#, so my copy of halo is located:

F
Hddloader/pxgame12
default.xbe

I created the Halo.cfg file with the above information. I uploaded all folders and files to the directory that Halo resides. Every time I attempt to execute the game it locks up. This is with and without data cached in the X,Y,Z partitions.

It claims it will boot halo when there is no cached file but in my case this is not true.

My version is NTSC in case it matters. Is there a newer version of this program or am I doing something wrong?
