How to run FF 7/8 games on a psp 2.71? (help)

i have a psp 2.71 and i want to play FF 7/8 games on my console. I haven't downgraded nor upgraded my psp yet, can anyone help me how should i go over with this? Replies in a step by step format would be very much appreciated.. :p

okay! first we gotta check the things you shoul dlok for before downgrading! check if your psp is a TA-082 model. you will know this if you have smallgold writing when you open the UMD (not open as in unscrewing it etc..) and look at the back of the PSP top right corner.here is an example of where it is

it says (IC1003) well it's inverted i think..hehe so do i have the TA-082?
