When exiting Ubuntu, the system does nothing - just says the last message

"will now restart"

Is this normal or I have a problem ?

Most of the time it does not, but sometimes it does.

You can ALWAYS restart and turn off fine ?

i think its normal...sometimes it will...sometimes it wont...i think its safe to turn it off if it freezes...then just put in boot-game-os...not too sure on the safety part though...
