i put in dragon ball z shin budokai another road and i compressed it with the psp iso compressor (by danny_kay1710), the file is 504 mb and in compresses it down to 140 mb, this is too little, usualy it compresses it down only 1.5 times. i put it in and tried to run it, but it showed the pictures when yu highlight the game, i tried to run it but it just stays as a black screen.

some games compress more than others,dont compress to level 9 try compress to a different level

to make a iso smaller without compression you can use a ripkit ,try search for one here

what i usually do is to rebuild the iso with YA_UMD_iSO_Shrinker_v0.3
this program will relink the files but will keep it as a iso ,you just have to drag and drop and hit the shink button ,sometimes does not reduce much it depends on the iso

after i rebuild the iso i open the iso with umdgen and inside the PSP_GAME\SYSDIR folder i delete the UPDATE folder

and like i usually have PAL multi-language isos then inside the USRDIR folder i delete all the files for other languages (ita,fra,esp,ger...) keeping only the english language

then save as a iso
