InfoNES HDD hard drive help and tutorial

Okay,
Seriously this was a last resort. I am trying to get InfoNES to run from the HDD via HDLoader. I followed SKSapps tutorial as much as I could and tried several variants(including the one from the revision 3 and 4 files).

I am using independence exploit with the newest patched hdloader elf. Whenever I try to run the ISO I get the BSOD. All my other programs and emulators are running pretty good. What am I doing wrong.

Here are my steps:
ran InfoNES once to get it to make the directory on the MC
Create a INFONES.CNF (placed in the mc0:/PS2NES/)
nes.icn(is this the same as the nes_save.icn?) & the icon.sys (got both these from the PS2NES folder in the zip file and placed them in the mc0:/PS2NES/)

Opened NEW ISO with UltraISO
re-named it InfoNES_PD
put infones.elf and system.cnf in ISO
Made ROMS_PD directory
Made subdirectories for ROMs (no subdirectories have more than 110)
Subdirectories look like this: ROMS_PD\Roms_0-C, ROMS_PD\Roms_B-G ..... etc.
Saved as ISO
Moved onto PS2 HDD with Winhiip1.7.6(should I be changing the properties of this image/game with winhiip??)

Can you see anything that I have done wrong? Please help. If any of you have an ISO already working please let me know if you could send it my way. Just delete the roms out of it so that it's legal to send. I can do aim or whatever.
