ISO's on 3.40oe-a STILL dont work!!!!

I have 3.40oe on my psp and I've read all different posts on how to get iso's working like:

1.Changing certain settings in recovery mode. DONE
2.Use a non-fake memory card. DONE
3.Let psp format memory card so it creates the iso folder for me. DONE
4.Have UMD in the slot. DONE
5.Put iso's in the iso folder from the root of the memory card. DONE

and every thing else that I'm supposed do and STILL there is nothing showing up in the game/memory card bit. So im totally stuck!!!

So is there anything im missing or Im doing wrong?? If someone can help me PLEASE and give me some advice that would be fantastic.
