Hello, I have been reading about generating the code to remove restrictions on cell phones. I need a CODE!

I have a Nokia 6010
Service: ATT/Cingular
IMEI: 010418/00/009272/8
Code: 0513638KL04TH

The message I get when I insert the new SIM card and power the cell phone on is "Phone Restricted"

I need the restriction code. Thanks
