Dirty Disc Error has me confused!

ANy help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Samsung drive which is flashed. It is not my media beacuse I use Verbatim +R's. Now some games seem to work fine but other swill boot up, play for awhile and then I'll get the dirty disc error in various parts of a game.

Anyone know what I should do next? Do I need to update my firmware? I have xtreme 5.3 so it should be fine I believe. Thanks!

Either your laser or you need to burn at 4x. I get DDE's at 2.4 with Verbs but perfect at 4x on either Hitachi or Samsung 360's
