Okay well i want to know how to customize the text on my 3.40oe-a psp. The things i want to customize are the text you see when you turn on your psp (Sony Computer Entertainment) as well as some of the xmb icon text.

You need to do a helluva lot more reading before customizing anything in your PSP flash. Goto maxconsole and read the stickies in there customisation forum

Tools you will need are
RCO Editor (get latest version, i think its 1.15)
Photoshop (or other alpha channel enabled image editor)
