Sorry but it didn't work it gave me an error message... The person who
sold the phone to me said it was netcom but maybe it could be telenor... could you try that please??

You say: "it gave me an error message", the question is: error = "Not allowed" ?
If it says "Not allowed" you can't unlock it by code because somebody type too many incorrect codes.
