what firmware are u using ... it depend if u are making 1 to 12 or 1-12.bmp

okay ... so u will be making a 1-12.bmp image.

# Download the "1-12.bmp Split/Merger" program here
# Place the program in its own folder on your desktop
# On your PC, go into your PSPs Flash via USB.
# Now go into "X:\vsh\resource" and copy your 1-12.bmp file into the folder with the Split\Merger program.
# Start the Split\Merger program, Under the Split section, click the browse button. Locate your 1-12.bmp and press Open.
# Now press Split, the Program will tell you "Success!" if the split was successful. A new folder was created inside the folder you have the program in, it contains all the different themes.
# Edit your Themes as you wish and save them.
# Go back on the Split/Merger program. Under the Merge Section, press Browse and select the folder all 12 themese are in. Now press Merge
# Your new 1-12.bmp was created and can be found inside the folder that contained all 12 themes.
