and wont play the same games on a chipped system? so if thats the case whats the point in getting your system chipped?

well it's proubably not the chip but more likely the dvd drive. what errors are you getting. the dirty disc. the open disc tray or the unrecognized disc? then i can help you out.

The backup procedure is different for a chipped drive then a firmware updated drive. Check the chip manufacturers website for backup procedures
