GTA VCS not working

okay, i've got 3.40 OE-A and all that crap...my kernal is 1.50 and gta vcs is a .cso and is in the ISO folder, but when i start it, it does the intro and then the screen stays black..so then i exit the game...why doesn't it work?? any suggestions???

First, uncompress it, in CSO it will never work... now the kernel should be 3.40, it will not work on 1.50, and remember to have a UMD inside.
