Here are the instructions.

4. Load GTA LCS

5. It should get to loading save game, clear the screen, the screen should fill with a light blue color and then reset the PSP
(If this does not happen see below)

How do I clear the screen?

I don't know if this will solve the problem, but another person found that this cleared the screen:

You don't clear the screen, it does it itself. The HEN files are either loaded or they are not. As long as your WIFI switch is on the HEN files will probably succesfully load.

The exploit is exactly that though, an exploit. Its not particularly stable and can take many attempts to work properly. I did a mates 3.03 the other day and it took me 6 attempts to load HEN sucessfully
