Ive been using DVD decrypter for what seems forever, with success everytime. (100s of times) But today I bought Matrix reloaded. Tried to rip it, but get errors everytime. I/O errors. Has anyone else had this problem? Just curious , because I feel defeated knowing that ONE dvd has beat me now. Its kindof personal I guess. I've never had this problem except on scratched discs, and I know this dvd isn't scratched, because its just hit air out of the case. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

I copied it today with no problems. I used AnyDVD and Pinnacle Instant Copy, both obtained from Kazaa. I burned them as SVCD's because I don't have a dvd burner yet and they look beautiful. I'm kind of new to all of this so I'm not sure what your problem could be. Good luck!!!

I haven't got this DVD but you can try this:
Open Settings in DVD Decrypter, click the I/O tab and select "Ignore Read Errors".
This may work. If it does not, try SmartRipper.
Also make sure you play the DVD with your DVD player software for a while before ripping.
Good luck!

Finally got it. Its weird how one dvd will do that, but I also had 6th day do the same thing. Played it in the dvd player first, then all was fine. Guess you're right. Thanks a million too. Lesson learned, play dvd in player first so it can learn it or get the right keys. Done 10 more movies since and all is great.

After many months of tryng different ripping programs,(and lots of errors), I have found the fastest way to rip and burn a DVD movie.Rip with DVDShrink version 1.0.3 and save the resulting files to a folder in C Drive called VIDEO_TS.IFO.Burn these files using Nero 5.5.9.9. Matrix Reloaded and all other movies have turned out perfectly. The whole process takes about an hour and twenty minutes depending on your computer.

After trying out EVERY damn ripping program around, I have finally found what works for me. I use AnyDVD and CloneDVD. I have burned TONS of movies with a 100% success rate. Most of them take between 30 to 40 minutes to complete and look beautiful. In my earlier post, I used Pinnacle Instant Copy to do Matrix, which worked. But since then, the program has stopped working for me. I have since used CloneDVD to do another copy of Matrix for my dad and it worked great like it did for all of the other movies I've ripped.

CloneDVD is a ripper/compressor and burning program.
AnyDVD is a on-the-fly DVD decryptor which removes the css protection and other features such as FBI warning etc.
Excellent software with trial periods.

Yes, just make sure you use AnyDVD first (it only takes a few seconds) because CloneDVD will not let you copy a dvd that is css protected. I've made many many many more copies since I last posted and I'm still thrilled. Geez, I sound like a salesman or one of those annoying infomercial weirdos.
