Hi.
I'm a bit concerned when it comes to swap magic, I got SM 3.8 CODER 2 days ago, but I'm concerned about the PS2 lens. I looked in this post http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/240341 and on the website posted there, I'm using Traxdata DVD-R (RITEKF1) which is a 2nd class media, and I burn it on X6 speed.

Do this media have high chance on damaging my PS2's lens?

ritek is a good company and you shouldn't worry about it.ritek is underrated and is better than some of the 1st class media.

lol cool.next time try to get some verbatim or sony made in japan.riteks are usually compatible but if you have a problem just switch the media.burn 4x on 8x discs.4x/8x on 16x.
