what is inverse tecline. I saw it on the bottom right hand of corner and the video wasnt comin up so i just wanted to know. i want to finsih encoding as fast as possible

Its the process of getting rid of the 6 redundant frames that is added to video with framerates of 24 fps so that they run at 30 fps.
