i recently upgraded to 3.40 oe-a and i want to know how to put custom icons, backgrounds aand fonts.

to make it easier just fully restart your psp then turn it on but at the same time hold the "R" button and you'll enter the recovery menu then go to flash0>vsh>resource and replace the icons(usually top menu plugin)
