NHL 07 and other games quick ?

Got some quick ?'s i want to ask

1.When you play games of your psp memory stick how big are the game files for example NHL 07. I plan on buying a memory stick for a future PSP (i am going to buy in a day or two).

2.Also when you convert .avi files that is about 700mb in to the PSP format how big is the file most likely assuming the size of the .avi file is about 600x400.

Any help is appreciated

I Downloaded the CSO for NHL 07 and it was just over 300MB
