OK I have bought 3 patched versions of lcs Im pissed im 15 with no job and in serious need of an unpatched version could someone please please please please send me an unpatched version and I will send u on of my gta copies in exchange please send me on Ill give mailing 411 in an email

No, all the newer versions are patched. If you want the unpatched version to use the Cheat Device, you can use the 1.0d .prx version for Devhook, which works with the patched GTA .
