.GCM and ImgBurn burning problems...

I bought a GC with the XenoGC chip yesterday, and decided to burn some games I downloaded. None of the games worked.... well, they worked at certain point, but I keep getting the DRE quite often. I also used Ritek Ridata MiniDVD on these burns.

I used Imgburn because I read in this forums that is the only program that can burn images in .gcm format.

However, everytime that I try to burn, the device buffer keeps getting up and down, and can't pass over 85%, plus, the burning rate says 0.5x even though I put the speed at 4x.

Just what's going on? Could it be my burner? I use an external SONY DRX-720UL and keep getting this problems.

I know the problem is not the chip nor the console, because the friend to whom I bought it has LOTS of burned games and all worked perfectly.

It seems that your burner isn't compatible with that media.

Check the oficial compatibility list provide by Ritek

You can also burn any gcm image using another program by changing its extension from .gcm to .iso
