I've downloaded a couple games and when i unrar them i get a ts-video file and a ts_audio file. what do I do with these? Im sorry for the newbie questions

You got those because you went a step too far. You unrared the iso (or 000), which showed up with the rar icon because in your Winrar settings you have it set to identify iso's with Winrar.

What you want to do is just unrar the multiple files you downloaded. You should end up with 2 files.... a dvd file and either a image or 000 file. Those are what you want.
