I HAVE DONE THIS THINGS>>>>>>>>>>yeah try the readme file they provided with the rar file. Basically, you just have to put the entire file; "seplugins" into your root memory stick. When you reboot your psp, hold onto the R trigger untill u get to the recovery menu. From there you have to enable both 2 diff. cheats which i don't remember so you'll have to read the readme file. After you have done that just load any game and hold the select button for 3 secs and the cheat menu will pop out.


BUT STILL NOT WORKING WHAT SHOULD I DO?????????????????????????????????

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Have you tried holding it longer? It usually takes a while for mine to pop up. Where did you download it from? You may have downloaded a bad copy. Try dl.qj.net if you didn't already. And search for cheat, and you should see it. The latest one is 1.8 i think.
