I am looking for the phone tools for my razr v3 could someone tell me were to find it, or if they have it could they send me a copy my

3. Which provider are you using, and which variant of the V3 do you have? Some providers and models do not allow file transfer via USB or Bluetooth without a little seem editing to fix the limitations of your servivce provider.
