MY PSP is now 3.02 OE-B TA-082 Motherboard.
I want to Upgrade to 3.40 OE.
I need Help, does anyone knows how to so that exactly, or has "experinced" that.

yes, simply get the 3.40 oe-a and there will be a readme in there, you will need the 3.40 and 1.50 updates and the 3.40 oe-a update. use youtube there are plenty of tutorials there, they can help you ALOT.
