i have a regular ps2. i did magic swap 3 DVD Rom Driver.
whenever i end up at the page where it says.

"Load Program"

"Normal, NTSC, or PAL"

i dont know which one to choose. then it goes back to it again after i choose and then i choose again. then it goes back to the data page. where my memory card is and the PS2 disc. then from there im totally lost. can anyone help me. pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssseeeeeee!!!!!!!!

1.Put the Swap Magic disc in.

2.Choose normal (unless your TV can't read NTSC or PAL then you'd have to choose the aproppriate one for your TV setting)

3.Swap it with your import/backup. Press Play or whatever (X i think). and play

when i swap it. do i use the magic slide to open it up or do i just press eject?

when do you put the import game in?? because when that page comes up. the one with load pragram. i click it and the page comes up again. so i use the magic slide to open it up and i push it back in manually. but when i press load program it says that the games not valid.

yes, but a lot of people have had trouble getting it to work as it is in NTSC-J format. Not sure if they make it in PAL or NTSC-U.
Even with a mod chip many people have reported problems with it crashing at start up.

I've gotten a few NTSC-J games and had no problems starting up, but I know that doesn't go for every game. It seems that Initial D Special Stage and Naruto Shippuuden (both NTSC-J) have been problamatic for some people with modchips as of late. Do you know if they've tried to rebuild it?
