I need help putting a torrented file onto my PSP. I downloaded the game already and it is in a .cso format. I have searched all over and I can't seem to get it to work. I am at 1.5 firmware. Please help me!

Seeing that you asked so nicely...
1)First backup any data you dont want to lose from your PSP to your computer-(music, videos, games, etc.)
2)Format your memory stick
3)Download this...
4)Run the program you downloaded from your computer and follow the instructions carefully
5)When you are done with that program-and have sucessfully upgraded-format your memory stick once again so the correct folders are created on your memory stick for you as well as clearing out the installer files no longer needed.
6)Insert UMD game in the drive-no need to start the game...
7)Drop your cso/iso's into the ISO folder in the root of your memory stick.
8)Scroll over to the game icon in your PSP menu and select your game
9)Enjoy your game....
