How to Copy PS2 Games

I like to play some video games. But, I hate it when you may lose a game, a family member breaks it, or it just gets scratched up. So I am going to tell you how to make a perfect copy of your games.
Sounds fun? Good, lets start...

Requirements

1. DVD reader
2. DVD Burner
3. DVD copy software (For copying PS2 Games I like to use DVD Decrypter)
4. Download DVD Decrypter here which is version 3.5.4.0
5. Lastly you need a Mod Chip to play the game copy, I'll go into more detail later

Yeahh... The Steps

--Step 1--
Decide which game you want to copy

--Step 2--
Install DVD Decrypter, should be easy enough to do

--Step 3--
Set DVD Decrypter to ISO read mode. You can do this by going to Mode at the top and then dropping down to ISO and then to Read

And select the destination for the ISO file. Don't lose it, pick a place you can find it. You will usually need about 4 GB of space.

Click the button at the bottom and wait until is finished reading the ISO.

--Step 4--
Now, after it is done reading and saving the ISO file, it is time to write it to a blank DVD.

Place in your blank DVD, and close the pop up from windows.

Now we have to set the mode at the top to write, follow the same instructions we used to set it to read, now set it to write instead.

After that, click the little folder icon and find your ISO file. Then in destination find your DVD burner. Also set your burn speed, it is better if you set it lower to get a better quality copy. Ready? Click the button and it will burn your DVD game.

--Step 5--
Done!!

--Playing your game--
To play your game, you need either a boot disc or a mod chip. I purchased my mod chip from

http://mod-chip.com

If you don't feel comfortable for installing your mod chip, then look around on their forums and you should find some people there who will install your chip for you.

I bought a DMS4 mod chip, and it works great.

Here is the forum, if you need someone to install the chip, or need help.
