Black Like Game Recommend Please

I am looking for Black like games which are same or somewhat same not like Splinter cell but just Guns and Guns or Destruction type games where you have fun destroying humans or things :D

I have just the right game for you
Urban Chaos: RIOT RESPONSE
It is very similar to BLACK.
Graphics are top-notch,Beautiful music and
loads of things to DESTROY!!
Also its got real-time videos for cut-scenes.
Lots of replay value(MORE THAN BLACK)

If you watch GamerTV you know what I mean.
One week they REVIEWED BLACK and declared it the best FPS PS2s ever seen. And just next week saying "forget all we said bout BLACK last week" they gave that title to Urban Chaos: RIOT RESPONSE!
