is there a universal way to get rid of my softmod because i dont what kind of softmod it was i got it already modded from a pawn shop and the guy there had no idea so i thought i could unistall it and apply a new 1

Easiest and safest way is to firstly backup your eeprom.

When you safely own that on your PC, use xboxhdm to rebuild the drive fresh!

i tried backing up the eeprom before for a bigger hdd but it didnt work any help
