FW 3.51 M33 error

I decided to put a custom firmware on my psp because my
sis upgraded the stupid thing and i did exaclty as the instructions says
and it say error. SO im like "wtf its not working" wat should I do (apart from hurting my sis)
Please help me

You need to give us more details so we can help you,eg, what part were you up to? an what fw were you of before you decided to upgrade?

OK My fw is 3.51 I can see the setup
i presss X loads up the PSP sign then is comes up "The game could not be started(80020148)and i got the download frow psp-hacks.com

You need to downgrade your PSP to 1.50 before you can go on a custom FW, unfortuantely for you the lastest downgrader is for 3.50, which is below yours, so you will have to wait for a new downgrader.

But there is a new downgrader for the 3.51 im lookin at it right now

You looked wrong. That's probably just the custom firmware. Upgradable ONLY from 1.5
